四川�江一所小���活��，要求小�生在寒�中列��迎��的市����，�民痛批「�小朋友吹寒�，你��有孩子�？」、「�直是把孩童�工具」。�波一起，市���校方���表�面道歉函，表示「深感自�和痛悔」。

人民���，�����小�16日��「和��校」授牌�式，邀�市����出席，校方��迎��，要求�十名小�生穿校服，站在校�口排成�列，鼓掌�道�迎各��。明���近平去年底要求「�化接待、不安排群�迎送」不符。

�事件在微博引起大批�民��，狠批��穿羽�衣，孩子�穿�薄校服；��坐公�吹暖�，孩子��要�著寒�提前列�迎客，「鄙������的行�，�直是把孩童�工具。」
