中国两会期间通过的刑事诉讼法修正案导致秘密逮捕合法化，引起国内外人权团体的普遍反对。中国和俄罗斯联手封杀联合国制裁叙利亚血腥镇压人们起义也激起国际社会的激烈抨击。多个人权团体呼吁取消中国在联合国人权理事会的席位。

今天我们邀请旅居美国的中国异议人士，人权组织公民力量的创办人扬健利先生来到美国之音在华盛顿的演播室，和大家一起讨论中国的国内外人权记录和联合国人权理事会席位等问题。
