[G4G] 数字化机关在线任重道远

     山西省委政改秘密进行，机关单位查岗为边缘化失势干部撑腰，逐步向机关权力小圈子化和山头主义开刀，但是多年来行政事业费包干导致的机关单位恶人当道之势水泼不进，眼下面临村委换届，唯有创新，数字化办公在线既可以削掉机关单位山头主义，也可以不影响干部队伍正常的新陈代谢进行。同时还可以二次回收和启用一些边缘化和被领导恶意抛弃的宝贝干部。
